Villa Pineta consists of 4 flats (2 on the ground floor, 1 on the mezzanine floor and 1 on the first pine forest). The Villa is located in Pineta approx. 500 metres from the sea in a very quiet area and has a shared garden of 1200 sqm.

The flat Buganvillea (50 sqm) is on the ground floor and consists of:

-Living room with double sofa bed (or two single beds), furniture with 1 single bed, TV-Sat, table seating six.

-Kitchen equipped with oven + gas cooker, fridge, toaster, Italian and German coffee machine, dishwasher.

-Double bedroom + 1 single bed (or 3 single beds)

-Corridor with washing machine

-Bathroom with shower

-Private terrace equipped with table + 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs and outdoor shower.

-Parking space inside the fenced garden.

There is the possibility of putting this flat in communication with flat C, through a door from the internal corridor. Cot and heating on request.

Villa Pineta guests have free access to a beach that can be reached through a private property owned by Vacanze Toscane to the north of Marina di Castagneto.

This 10,000-square-metre shoreline is a partially fenced-in botanical garden where plants, flowers and vegetation are classified in a didactic itinerary whose purpose is the conservation and enhancement of the dune environment in the Mediterranean maquis. The environment is unspoilt and left strictly natural.

Guests can find tables for dining by the sea also in the evening and the area is equipped with water and electricity.

Normal persons allowed nr.4 Maximum, 2 extra person Euro 70,00 per week per person.

Heating: Euro 1,50 per hour
