The flat is one of three that make up a small villa under century-old pines with a beautiful wooded garden and ample parking space.

Flat A (AZALEA), beds 7 + 3, on the ground floor is about 100 square metres + 50 square metres of terrace.

This flat has three entrances, two going from the garden into the living room and one service entrance going from the garden into the terrace and from this into the kitchen. In the kitchen as well as everything necessary for cooking there is a gas oven, gas cooker, fridge, toaster, coffee machine both Italian and German, dishwasher and there is also a washing machine. From the kitchen you can also enter the large living room where there is a fireplace, a table for eight people, a sitting area with two armchairs, a sofa and a double sofa bed. From the living room we enter the sleeping area through a corridor where on the left we find a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a large built-in wardrobe, on the right we find a first double bedroom and a cot, then on the right we find another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In this last double bedroom there is also a bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor we have a large bathroom with shower. In this corridor there is a sofa bed with two beds. In the double bedroom the beds can all become single. The furniture in the entire flat is made of Swedish pine and is particularly well maintained. 

A large gazebo with wrought-iron sofas and comfortable cushions, a stone table and four deckchairs are available for use on the terrace. In the garden there is a shower with hot water and a barbeque. There is independent heating with radiators.

Normal persons allowed nr.8 Maximum, 2 extra person Euro 70,00 per week per person.
