The MUREX apartment on Viale Italia No. 17/D in the center of Marina di Castagneto Carducci , by the sea on the third and top floor of a building with elevators . The apartment faces west, is quiet, is warm in winter and the living room is particularly recommended even in the cold season

The apartment consists of a single room plus bathroom plus a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a stone table and wrought-iron chairs for outdoor living.

Upon entering we have on the right two sofas that become a double bed and an armchair that becomes a single bed and a crib.

In front we have a dining table, a low cabinet with a satellite TV and a closet.

On the left we have the particularly well-kept and original kitchenette with everything you need for cooking: two electric hot plates, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, both Italian and German coffee maker and dishwasher. In addition there is a walk-in closet as a pantry and storage room with iron and ironing board.

Through a door on the left you enter the light stone-clad bathroom with shower and washing machine.

For the cold months, the apartment is equipped with a heating system.

As can be seen from the floor plan, the studio apartment can be connected with both the Le Finestre apartment and the Nautilus apartment.

The beach in front of the flat is very large and free; in the summer months to the north there is a private beach and to the south the beach of a hotel where it is also possible to use the swimming pool.

In the condominium part of the ground floor there is direct access to the beach through a door outside where there is also a shower.

The car can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the building in one of the many cross streets, or for those who wish, it is possible to have a parking space in a fenced garden 300 m away.
