The LE FINESTRE flat is located in a residential area with a lift on the third and last floor directly by the sea.

On the ground floor of the building there are restaurants, bars and shops.

The windows of the flat all overlook the sea and it is very quiet as it is high up.

The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.

- Living room with table for 6 persons, Sat-TV, two armchairs and double sofa bed (or two single beds).

- Kitchenette equipped with electric oven, gas cooker, fridge, toaster, Italian and German coffee machine, dishwasher.

- Bedroom with double bed (or two single beds) + 1 single bed.

- Bathroom with shower and washing machine

- Terrace equipped with table, 6 chairs and sunshade

Possibility of cumunicating door with the MUREX studio if rented together.

In cooler periods, heating available on request.

The flat is furnished in Swedish pine and is very cosy.

The car can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the building in one of the many cross streets, or for those who wish, it is possible to have a parking space in an enclosed garden approx. 300 metres away, for a fee.

Maximum number of persons 4, maximum number of extra persons 1.

Entry on arrival from 15:00 to 19:00

Exit on departure by 09:00 a.m.

Visitor's tax: from 01.05. to 30.09. Euro 1,00 per person per night excluding children under 12 and disabled persons + accompanying person

Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included.

Admitted persons nr. 4. Maximum 1 extra person Euro 70,00 per week.

Heating: Euro 1,50 per hour

Air conditioning: Euro 0,50 Kwh
